Owner and CEO, VaShonda Arrington is the Lead Planner and Designer of Lady V Events and Designs, LLC. As a young girl, Arrington enjoyed decorating family events with her mother, and found her passion for planning and designing events again as an adult, after her wedding in 2012.

 

After being married and a few months later becoming pregnant with her first son, Arrington decided to leave her job, where she was a Computer Security Analyst for the Federal Government, and move to Massachusetts with her husband to help him follow his dreams. Even though VaShonda is a wife to a professional athlete, she promised herself to never lose sight of her own identity and to make her mark when the time was right.

 

“Lady V” is a name VaShonda decided to take on after being called “V” for short by friends for so many years. This name marks her true individuality standing for: respectful, mannerly and spirit led.
