Owner and CEO, VaShonda Arrington is the Lead Planner and Designer of Lady V Events and Designs, LLC. As a young girl, "V" enjoyed decorating family events with her mother, and found her passion for planning and designing events again as an adult, after her wedding in 2012.

After being married and a few months later becoming pregnant with her first son, she decided to leave her job, where she was a Computer Security Analyst for the Federal Government, and move to Massachusetts with her husband to help him follow his dreams. Even though VaShonda is a wife to a now retired professional athlete (Super Bowl Champ), she promised herself to never lose sight of her own identity and to make her mark when the time was right.

“Lady V” is a name VaShonda decided to take on after being called “V” for short by friends for so many years. This name marks her true individuality as well as her qualities of faith, respect, excellence and luxury.

After having her second son, in 2014 and moving back to Maryland in 2015, "V" found herself planning showers, birthday parties and weddings, for family and close friends. After much thought, in January of 2017, Lady V decided to walk in her purpose and fully commit to planning and designing events. Lady V has taken numerous classes in the event and design field, and has received her certification in Event Planning Management.

Faith, Family and Friends are a big part of what makes Lady V her, so in her free time, she enjoys date nights and vacations with her husband Kyle, fun-filled kid activities, with her two sons Kyle Jr. (9)  Kaden (7), and her princess Kali, (3) having gatherings at home with her family and friends. She also spends time as a wellness coach helping bridal parties with their body transformation goals before the big day. Some of V's favorite things to do are cooking, shopping, completing 1000+ piece puzzles, listening to music, dancing, binging Netflix/Hulu/Prime video shows, and enjoying a frozen shake or tea with her nutrition products every day.
